We Are All Preachers

J. Vernon McGee: We all preach what we believe by the lives we live. McGee related how he tried to get an alcoholic to quit drinking at the request of the drunk*s mother. He hurled every insult he could think of at the drunk to no avail. The drunk*s conscience remained unfazed until McGee called him a preacher. He then jumped out of his chair and threatened McGee with clenched fists. All manner of horrible insults rolled off him like water off a turtle. He thought the worst insult was being called a preacher. YOU ARE ALL PREACHERS! Your actions speak louder than your words. If you have not permitted God to change your life, your words are meaningless.
